I felt tired, lethargic, Blah, no energy, going through the motions. I had constipation and high/low blood sugar spikes. Now- It’s fabulous. Reducing carbs to just veggies and occasional berries has been great. I’ve lost 13.5 lbs. since January 3. I have more energy, started back with exercising as Dr. Cullyn suggested to burn fat stores. Don’t need naps anymore. My hormonal complaints before my cycle have really died down and improved.
Even though I exercise every day my scale would not budge. My eating was very heavy in carbs and sugar. My clothes were too tight. I had heartburn, was left bloated, and lacked energy. Now it is much improved just by concentrating on one item at a time- removing wheat primarily from my diet made a big difference; not that I have celiac disease, but just being educated as to where to find wheat. The supplements improved my energy tremendously and my favorite dress zipped for the first time in 3 years! Small steps, big improvements.
I was overweight and felt my cholesterol was headed in the wrong direction. There was dizziness when leaning over and I was out of breath just from walking. I exercised, but nothing was improving. I knew it had to do with my diet and how I was eating. My blood pressure was not good as well. Now I am able to control what I choose to put in my body. I have the knowledge to make informed decisions about what I eat. As a result, my concerns over my cholesterol have been addressed with healthy nutrition, natural supplements, and Dr. Sara’s recommendations. My blood pressure has improved and I am hardly out of breath when walking. I am no longer dizzy when leaning over and I have also been able to maintain a healthy weight. As a result of all of these things combined, there have been many other improvements as well.
I was struggling to lose weight, chronic sinus drip, and felt generally okay, but I knew there was room for improvement. Having had multiple surgeries, I wanted to see if I could eliminate some prescriptions and reduce the need for additional surgeries. I also have celiac disease and was concerned about making sure I was eating properly. After a few months with Dr. Cullyn I feel great! I am steadily losing weight at a healthy pace and my diet has greatly improved. I can now definitely tell when I’ve eaten something that is not good for my system. I also no longer experience sinus issues. I’m very pleased with the progress I am making.
I would try to lose weight and could not. What little weight I did lose I gained back. My blood tests showed my cholesterol and blood pressure was headed in the wrong direction and that I had low iron levels. I was light headed when I would bend over and I had heart palpitations every once in a while. I also had dark facial hair showing up on my face. After seeing Dr. Sara, I have lost 15 pounds and kept it off! My blood pressure and iron levels are normal and my cholesterol has improved. I can bend over without feeling light-headed and seldom have heart palpitations anymore. I also have not had any dark facial hair shown up lately!
Before beginning my nutritional program with Dr. Sara I was often hungry, craved sweets and carbohydrates. I felt fatigues and I felt like I could never get full. Now I have much more energy, my sugar cravings have subsided considerably and I lost 25lbs in only 4 weeks!
Prior to seeing Dr. Sara, I had chronic fatigue. Now I have more energy. I have lost 20 pounds, and I do not have to take as many pain medications.
Upon being seen in Dr. Cullyn’s office, I was tired; I ached all over, and carried extra pounds. After two months, my energy has increased, I am losing weight and my overall outlook on myself has improved, and my stamina is much better than it was in the beginning.
