What do I eat for breakfast?

Breakfast is often a confusing meal for people. We are accustomed to eating sugar and grains for breakfast. I’m talking about cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, and oatmeal. Yet so many people have a problem with sugar and grains.

Sugar and grains also usually spike your blood sugar too high, which will result in inflammation, weight gain, and mood changes. You’ll be reaching for that afternoon coffee and sugar snack when your blood sugar falls too.

Changing your eating patterns will require you to change the way you think. Breakfast should actually consist of the same nutrient-dense foods as lunch and dinner. Vegetables, High-quality proteins, and good fats like butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil.

Anything you eat for dinner, you can eat for breakfast!
