Juicing provides the body with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytochemicals and other nutrients in a quickly usable form. Juicing allows you to consume more vegetables than you could eat. These juices are full of leafy green vegetables, which are a powerhouse of nutrients. The darker items, such as red cabbage and kale, are rich in chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is important to all aspects of your health. But did you know that chlorophyll can help build your blood? Green juice also supports bone health, liver detoxification and it is high in vitamin K and calcium. Since these juices are full of enzymes, they should be consumed immediately. So do not store it.
