Do you need supplements?
We get asked a lot about whether or not you really need to take supplements. Does everyone need a multivitamin or is that something you take only if your diet is poor?
The simple answer, yes. The amount of time, expertise and diligence it would take to eat "perfect" in order to correct nutritional deficiencies and give your body the nutrients it needs to deal with modern day stress, is next to impossible.

Which supplements should you take?
This isn’t easy to answer. Every one of you is different. Your lifestyle, your current nutritional state, your stress, is uniquely yours. Two people could have digestive problems, that symptom-wise are the same, but one might need enzymes to help digest their food and the other might need a good probiotic.
This is one of the main problems with going to a drug store or even GNC and just picking something at random based on the label. You have no idea if that is what you truly need or if you just wasting your money. In fact, many store-bought vitamins have harmful ingredients in them.
