Dr. Sara Easy Winter Squash Soup

10-15 Cups Winter squash or sweet potato

1 Onion, Diced

3 Cloves of Garlic

2-3 Tablespoons of Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

Ocean's Halo No soy Sauce, Korean Barbecue sauce, or Teriyaki Sauce

Water, fill to .5 inch below squash.

Directions: Cut up vegetables, and then boil for 12 minutes. Puree in batches with a blender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and one of the no soy sauces. Enjoy!
