MAKE YOUR OWN SALAD DRESSING

HARMFUL OILS

Most dressing are made from canola oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, soy oil, cottonseed oil and/or vegetable oil. The processing required to create these oils, mutates the oil into something that is very harmful to the body.

HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP

You’d expect it to be in your candy, but did you know it is in your salad dressings? High fructose corn syrup has been directly linked to increased belly fat, diabetes and other chronic diseases.

ADDITIVES

MSG, EDTA, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, and food colors are all added chemicals found in salad dressings. They are all toxic to the body and such be avoided when possible.
